A lock of hair belonging to famous American Twitch streamer iShowspeed has reportedly been put up for auction on eBay. Several bid lists posted by fans appeared online after the 19-year-old YouTuber went through hell in possibly one of the worst experiences of his life in Norway.
IShowSpeed was having the best time of his life by traveling around the European continent and livestreaming his antics. However, things went awry when the streamer, whose real name is Darren Jason Watkins Jr., fell victim to a tragic incident in Norway yesterday.
The streamer started his journey just a few weeks ago, but this experience has scarred him for life. The scenes shared on social media are so horrifying that one can’t even imagine what must be going on in his mind.
Shocking pictures emerged of the mayhem in Oslo as a mob of fans attacked 19-year-old Speed. Watkins urged the cheering crowd to chant football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo’s catchphrase, “Siu”. During his antics, the YouTuber injured his ankle outside the souvenir store. However, what happened after that was nothing short of a nightmare.

According to a screenshot shared on x/Twitter, the bid of USD 1,695.95 appears to have been posted online by Marcus Oppegard.
However, speculations ran high on the social networking platform when netizens linked the alleged eBay photo to a nearly year-old Reddit post titled “Is it possible to reattach cut dreadlocks to the remaining dreadlocks?” (See here)
Axe even added context to the post shared on the platform, making users aware of the credibility issue of the alleged eBay post. “This is fake. Although the seller’s name appears to be Norwegian, the picture is taken from an 11-month-old Reddit thread,” the Axe community said.
